Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1-2 technical support for 200+ employees via ticketing system and remote assistance
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including firewalls and switches
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and projects
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
- Manage inventory of IT assets and procurement requests
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking principles
- Familiarity with helpdesk software (ServiceNow/Jira preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in a server environment
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
