Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain computer systems, printers, and network peripherals.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations and devices.
- Document technical procedures, incidents, and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and maintenance schedules.
- Conduct user training sessions on software applications and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of operating systems, specifically Windows and macOS.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to obtain industry-recognized certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+).
