Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document all IT incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices and user access management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
