Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document technical solutions in ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Train end-users on new software implementations
- Monitor system performance and escalate critical incidents
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
