Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Implement cybersecurity best practices including endpoint protection and access controls
- Manage Active Directory accounts, VPN configurations, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Document technical procedures and maintain IT asset inventory systems
- Provide remote/on-site support with 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure upgrades and automation projects
Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Windows OS troubleshooting and network diagnostics
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure fundamentals)
- Strong customer service skills with ability to explain technical concepts simply
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) preferred
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client site visits
