Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage helpdesk tickets via ServiceNow and provide timely user support
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with network administration tasks including VPN setup and security protocols
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cloud infrastructure projects (AWS/Azure)
- Participate in IT asset management and lifecycle planning
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid Nevada driver's license (for occasional site visits)
