Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat for internal employees
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, laptops, printers) and software (Windows OS, Microsoft 365)
- Assist with network connectivity issues and basic cybersecurity protocols
- Document IT incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and maintenance
- Conduct employee training on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (not required)
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer service mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional evenings
