Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for 200+ employees across hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems with enterprise security protocols
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) including VM deployment and monitoring
- Document IT procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate on cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments
- Support office AV systems and video conferencing setups
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and macOS administration
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking and DNS
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting methodology and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment installation
- Valid driver's license (for occasional site visits)
