Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user issues via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate asset inventories
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Implement security protocols and access controls
- Conduct user training on new technologies and systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of technical support internship or helpdesk experience
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for equipment installation
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional site visits)
