Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Assist with network monitoring and basic troubleshooting
- Document IT processes and create user documentation
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades
- Manage inventory tracking and asset management
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives
Qualifications
