Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Deploy and configure desktops, laptops, and peripherals across organizational departments
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory environments
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles for team reference
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network troubleshooting and system deployments
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives and security protocol enforcement
- Support office infrastructure including printers, VoIP systems, and mobile devices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Proficiency with Windows OS and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with customer service mindset
- Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work with hands for equipment installation
- Valid Colorado driver's license for occasional on-site support
