- Document technical processes and maintain accurate asset inventories
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Implement security protocols and data protection best practices
- Train end-users on new technologies and system features
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS troubleshooting and Active Directory
