Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for 500+ employees across Windows/macOS environments
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including VPN, printers, and productivity suites
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Deploy and configure workstations/laptops using imaging tools (e.g., SCCM)
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives and incident response
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer service orientation
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
