Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventory
- Collaborate with senior team on network security protocols
- Assist with cloud service administration (Azure/AWS basics)
- Participate in IT infrastructure upgrades and maintenance
- Deliver user training on new technologies and systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional site visits
