Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, chat, and in-person assistance
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and peripherals using imaging tools like SCCM
- Manage Active Directory accounts, group policies, and user permissions
- Document IT processes, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects including cloud migrations
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for employees
- Monitor system health using tools like SolarWinds and ServiceNow
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft Office 365
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer service mindset
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk preferred)
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in varied environments
