Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for corporate clients
- Provide remote and on-site technical support via ticket systems
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure
- Create documentation for technical procedures and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
- Train end-users on new technologies and security protocols
- Monitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Customer service experience with excellent communication skills
