Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document troubleshooting steps and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network monitoring and security protocols
- Participate in daily training sessions covering Azure, Active Directory, and ITIL frameworks
- Assist with onboarding new employees and device provisioning
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ certification (training provided)
- Ability to lift 20 lbs and work in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
