Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Configure and deploy network equipment including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Manage helpdesk tickets via ServiceNow with SLA compliance
- Assist with cloud migrations (AWS/Azure) and SaaS application administration
- Create technical documentation and SOPs for IT processes
- Support end-users through remote and on-site troubleshooting
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure upgrades
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and endpoint security tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer service aptitude
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment installation/maintenance
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
