Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and maintain company desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Assist with system installations, configurations, and troubleshooting
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Deliver user training on new technologies and systems
- Monitor system performance and report security concerns
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Customer service experience with excellent communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
