Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and mobile devices
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical challenges
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices and data protection protocols
- Train end-users on new technologies and system updates
- Participate in IT asset inventory and maintenance cycles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
