Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to enterprise clients via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS workstations and peripherals
- Document all service tickets and resolutions in ServiceNow with detailed technical notes
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex network and security incidents
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after 90 days of training completion
- Conduct hardware refreshes and asset inventory management for client sites
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, networks, and operating systems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ certification during paid training period
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in client office environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support visits
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
