Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of support tickets and issues.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to learn best practices and improve service delivery.
- Monitor system performance and report any anomalies to the IT Manager.
Qualifications
