Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal staff and clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Log and track helpdesk tickets, prioritizing issues based on severity.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
- Perform routine system checks and troubleshoot common network issues.
- Conduct user training sessions to improve software literacy.
- Document all technical procedures and resolutions in the knowledge base.
Qualifications
