Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows and Macintosh operating systems.
- Manage and maintain IT asset inventory and assist with hardware procurement.
- Install, configure, and maintain network peripherals, printers, and mobile devices.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment of new software updates and security patches.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent technical certification).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components (CPU, RAM, Storage).
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows 10/11 and macOS.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to technical issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A valid Driver's License and willingness to travel between offices if required.
