Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for employees across hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document IT processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices including password management and data protection
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on system upgrades and maintenance projects
- Monitor system health and performance using monitoring tools
- Support cloud platform operations (AWS/Azure) under supervision
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent technical certification (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, and cloud services
