Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux systems and cloud services
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols across enterprise systems
- Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions in knowledge base systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Assist in IT infrastructure upgrades and system migrations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing priorities
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
