Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware/software systems
- Assist with network administration and security protocols
- Document IT processes and create user training materials
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system implementations

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
