Responsibilities
- Participate in comprehensive technical training modules covering network infrastructure, security protocols, and system administration
- Assist senior IT professionals with hardware/software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles for internal use
- Collaborate on cross-functional IT projects including system migrations and security audits
- Complete industry-recognized certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) during training period
- Provide basic end-user support and resolve Level 1 helpdesk tickets
- Stay updated on emerging technologies through continuous learning programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating systems
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional client site visits)
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new skills
