Responsibilities
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding processes for new hires including documentation and orientation preparation
- Maintain HRIS databases and ensure accurate personnel record-keeping
- Facilitate employee relations inquiries and resolve routine workplace issues
- Assist with benefits administration and enrollment processes
- Contribute to HR compliance initiatives and policy updates
- Support HR analytics reporting and data compilation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Wisconsin employment regulations
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (client site visits required)
