Responsibilities
- Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews with potential candidates.
- Conduct new hire orientations and manage all employee onboarding documentation and paperwork.
- Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files and HR databases (HRIS).
- Coordinate company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and company policies in a professional manner.
- Assist with payroll processing and leave management requests.
- Support the HR Manager with compliance, reporting, and internal communications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
