Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist the HR team with the full-cycle recruiting process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- New Hire Onboarding: Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving basic issues and escalating complex matters to senior HR staff.
- Record Management: Maintain and update employee files and HR databases with high attention to detail and strict adherence to confidentiality.
- Policy Administration: Help implement and communicate company policies, procedures, and HR updates to the workforce.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Compensation & Benefits: Support the administration of payroll and benefits programs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; internship experience in HR or customer service is highly valued.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
