Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintain employee records in HRIS
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and open enrollment periods
- Handle HR inquiries and resolve employee relations issues
- Support compliance with federal and state labor regulations
- Assist in organizing employee engagement events and training programs
- Generate HR reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or entry-level experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
