Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions using ATS platforms
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level roles across departments
- Coordinate new hire onboarding processes including document preparation
- Assist with employee relations inquiries and maintain HR records
- Support HRIS data entry and report generation
- Organize employee engagement events and training sessions
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR a plus)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Valid Texas driver's license (required for occasional off-site recruitment)
