Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with employee onboarding and new hire documentationMaintain HR databases and personnel files with strict confidentiality
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and enrollment
- Assist in organizing employee engagement events and recognition programs
- Support HR compliance initiatives including EEO and record-keeping
- Contribute to HR analytics and reporting projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday or SAP preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of California employment regulations
