Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Support onboarding initiatives for new hires including paperwork processing and orientation coordination
- Maintain accurate HR records in our HRIS system and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Administer employee benefits programs including enrollment assistance and claim resolution
- Contribute to HR projects such as policy updates and engagement surveys
- Handle routine HR inquiries via phone/email with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR knowledge a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities with diverse stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of HR compliance (FLSA, EEO regulations)
