Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews
- Manage onboarding paperwork and orientation for new hires
- Assist with employee relations inquiries and documentation
- Maintain and update HRIS records (Workday experience preferred)
- Support HR compliance initiatives including I-9 verification
- Coordinate training programs and development workshops
- Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
