Responsibilities
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee databases in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and serve as first point of contact for benefits inquiries
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure workplace compliance
- Support employee engagement initiatives and organize company culture events
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership review
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
