Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Assist with employee relations inquiries and documentation
- Manage HRIS data entry and record maintenance
- Coordinate new hire orientation and training programs
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor regulations
- Assist in developing HR policies and procedures
- Support benefits administration and enrollment processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of EEO and FMLA regulations
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Valid Virginia driver's license (occasional travel required)
