Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing offer processes
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions
- Maintain accurate HR records in our HRIS system and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and company culture events
- Support HR administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and data management
- Collaborate with department managers on workforce planning and talent development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Proactive problem-solving approach and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Tennessee employment regulations a plus
