Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure smooth integration into company culture
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Administer benefits enrollment and address employee benefits inquiries
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities
- Assist with HR administrative tasks including data entry and reporting
- Support workplace compliance audits and policy updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
