Responsibilities
- Assist the HR department with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates and conducting initial phone screens.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain employee records and confidential personnel files in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Coordinate employee engagement events, benefits enrollment, and open enrollment periods.
- Answer general HR-related inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner.
- Support payroll processing and assist in the administration of performance reviews.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and a high level of integrity when handling sensitive employee information.
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow within the HR field.
