Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate fit
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate applicant tracking system data
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire documentation
- Support employer branding initiatives through social media campaigns
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of recruiting or HR internship experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
