Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and applications to identify talent aligned with client requirements
- Conduct initial phone screenings and behavioral interviews
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Support new hire onboarding processes and documentation
- Collaborate with HR team to optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR/recruitment experience (internships accepted)
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
