Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals)
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess cultural fit
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows and candidate pipelines
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics with hiring managers
- Develop compelling job postings and employer branding content
- Onboard new hires and facilitate orientation processes
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of recruitment or HR internship experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Austin residency or willingness to relocate immediately
