Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows and maintain accurate candidate records
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire paperwork preparation
- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Participate in HR projects including employer branding initiatives and diversity outreach
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of recruitment or HR coordination experience
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proactive problem-solving approach with a positive attitude
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
