Responsibilities
- Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Support the administration of payroll, benefits, and employee relations inquiries.
- Prepare and distribute HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and policy handbooks.
- Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities and company events.
- Conduct research on industry trends to help improve HR policies and procedures.
- Act as a point of contact for internal staff regarding HR-related questions and concerns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS software is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
