Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Assist customers with inquiries via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner.
- Data Management: Accurately input and maintain customer information into our CRM systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Problem Solving: Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Market Research: Conduct basic research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Training Attendance: Actively participate in all training sessions to master company products and services.
- Report Generation: Prepare daily performance reports and feedback for management review.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; college students welcome.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive demeanor.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to commit to a full-time schedule (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus but not required.
- Attitude: A strong desire to learn and grow within a corporate setting.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation for commuting to Charlotte, NC.
