Your Responsibilities
As an Entry Level Assistant, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. Your key duties will include:
- Managing complex calendars and scheduling executive meetings.
- Screening and routing incoming calls and correspondence.
- Preparing detailed reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Overseeing office inventory and ordering supplies.
- Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Coordinating internal events and team-building activities.
Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
