Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and booking travel arrangements.
- Compose, proofread, and distribute professional emails, memos, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and supporting materials.
- Screen incoming calls and visitors, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist with special projects and research as assigned by senior management.
- Ensure the executive office is organized, stocked, and running efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
