Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Correspondence: Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and client inquiries, ensuring a professional tone at all times.
- Project Support: Assist various departments with ad-hoc projects, data entry, and research tasks to support organizational goals.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the organization of company events, team meetings, and internal communications.
- General Admin: Perform general clerical duties such as filing, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring the reception area is welcoming.
- Document Control: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for company records.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff.
- Organization: Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attitude: Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
